Job description

As part of our Customer Service team, you will be on the frontlines of communication with our clients and end-users. Your job will encompass responding to questions from users, directing users to product documentation and company resources, and acting as a customer liaison with other team members.

We utilize helpdesk software including ZenDesk, documentation software, as well as our in-house automated service management software. We strive to automate the customer service process as much as possible, but also emphasize the importance of personal communication with every end-user who contacts us. 

As a full-time Customer Service Representative, we will provide you a large workstation, MacBook Pro, and 34-inch Dell U-Series monitor for work. All employees are given opportunities to advance to senior positions given adequate experience and skill level.

This full-time, salaried position provides the chance to work for a fast-growing startup based in Albuquerque, with cloud infrastructure located around the world.
